Sharon is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She has over 25 years’ experience in HR management and has worked in a range of sectors including talent management & outsourcing, professional services, financial services, publishing and media.
Sharon’s experience covers a broad range of HR and change management programmes to meet business needs. Sharon has been instrumental in shaping the HR business partnering model in order to be strategically aligned with Cpl’s business strategy and ambitious growth plans. In addition, she also drives the employee engagement agenda throughout the Cpl Group and is a member of the Executive Leadership team. She is exceptionally passionate about the employee experience and the levels of engagement that can be derived from a having a structured and balanced people programme.
