Sarah MahonPeople Ops Manager, Phorest Salon Software

Sarah joined Phorest Salon Software in 2014 as an Operations Administrator and went on to manage the Onboarding Team across the UK, Ireland and the US. Sarah now sits in the People Function working as People Operations Manager where she is responsible for the entire employee lifecycle inside Phorest. She is also the founder of Women in Phorest. Sarah is results and people-focused, motivated by employee engagement, driving efficiency and giving back to the community. 

Sarah is a certified Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma and has recently completed a Diploma in Coaching for Performance.
