Dr. Michael Haddad is a seasoned innovation professional with over 25 years of experience across multiple industries, including healthcare, defense, and telecommunications. With a PhD in Physics and an MBA, his unique combination of technical and business expertise enables him to expertly navigate the complexities of innovation management. Previously, Dr. Haddad served as an Innovation Project Leader and the Head of the Incubator and Technology Scouting Team for seven years at Stellantis.

Currently, Dr. Haddad is the Innovation & Partnerships Director at Alstom, where he is responsible for driving growth and innovation by developing the company's 5 to 10-year innovation roadmap and leading foresight activities. He also oversees the management of strategic partnerships to better serve the evolving needs of customers, and maintain Alstom's dominance in the global innovation landscape.
