I have over 20 years’ experience in the Human Resources field with a proven track record in transformation.

I have held many senior positions across BNP Paribas  in Paris in various areas of the organization such as Group HR, Global Banking HR, Global Markets HR, having handled a number of transversal projects and led many transformational initiatives for the Bank.

I joined BNP Paribas Group HR in Nov 2004 as a VIE senior recruiter in our Paris headquarters, after 3 years transferred to CIB Human Resources to launch the Continental Europe graduate programme reporting to the Graduate’s team in London. I have a strong international oriented background. I was promoted HR Business partner in 2010 first for Global Banking in the Structured Finance dept. for 5 years. I joined Global Markets in 2015 on the Equity business.

After 13 years in Paris headquarters, I gave a new operational dimension to my HR career moving to the Dublin in 2017 as  Territory Head of Human Resources for Ireland, a role which perfectly matches my action and results driven personality. It has allowed me also to perform  a big transformation of the Local HR organisation, brand and vision.
