- Advice on all contentious issues such as discrimination, bullying and harassment, pay issues, working time issues, stress at work, wrongful and unfair dismissal, collective and individual redundancies and industrial relations;
- Representation of employers and employees before the Workplace Relations Commission, Labour Court, Employment Appeals Tribunal, Rights Commissioner and Equality Tribunal under all applicable pieces of employment legislation;
- Provision of advice on termination procedures in relation to employees at all levels, including senior management;
- Provision of advice in relation to the implementation of both collective and individual redundancies;
- Provision of advice to both employees (in both public and private sectors) and employers in relation to injunctive and judicial review proceedings before the High Court; and
- Drafting and provision of advice in relation to compromise agreements.
- Drafting of employment contracts and handbooks and advice in relation to the amendment of same;
