Diane is a market-facing, client, and revenue growth focused senior executive in Technology and Financial Services – global scope.
Previously 20+ years at Accenture as Managing Director in multiple global leadership positions, (including Global Lead Capital Markets Managment consulting), with an early stage career at JP Morgan. Today, Diane is a strategic advisor to start-up & Fintech founders / c-level, amongst others, and is Chief Strategy & Commercial Officer at an AI Fintech, investor/advisor in an energy start-up, advisor in the tokenised economy.
At Accenture, Diane was a member of the global CM management operating committee and local management board, overseeing diverse strategic programs and tier 1 clients, living in Paris, Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Luxemburg and Brussels, partnering with clients across Europe, APAC & North America, (trilingual EN-FR-DE, strong NL). Diane is an award-winning, influential, entrepreneurial business leader, displaying a unique combination of business and technology skills (digital, partnerships, emerging tech, data, Artificial Intelligence, cybersecurity, WEB 3.0 focus).
Curious and passionate about learning, and how technology will shape our future, Diane has been part of multiple pioneering industry initiatives including: the development of the first digital exchange in Europe, on the SDX program advisory board, led the first payments and digital currency interoperability experiments with SWIFT. She has driven major multi-location strategic transformations leveraging data, analytics and AI with a revenue growth and cost and efficiency focus for over a decade, as well as ‘rebuilt’ multiple Corporate and Investment Banks post-crisis.
Diane also designed the first shared outsourced securities CIB back office and shaped Accenture’s first IT outsourcing deal with India in FS in Europe and Accenture’s first Capital Markets platforms offshoring center in India. She is a thought leader and speaker at industry events on digital and industry transformation. Diane graduated from University College Dublin, Université Libre de Bruxelles, ICHEC ISC Saint Louis, Brussels, in languages and business management, most recently Diane completed Cambridge University’s Business Sustainability Leadership Program. Diane has a deep understanding of the intricacies, stakeholders, politics, business, and technology drivers in financial services, shaping relevent solutions, effecting stronger partnerships, better negotiations, sustainable results
