Augustin Blanc has a deep and broad leadership experience with 20 year experience both in Industry and IT in pharmaceutical environment.

Since 2018, Augustin is General Manager of the Servier’s second-largest production site, based in Arklow, Ireland.
Augustin is leading a transformation of the site aiming to :

·         Specialize the site in manufacturing and packaging of high complex products (fixed-dose combination therapy, small series & High Potent products), 

·         Increase overall performance (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and Engagement),

·         Develop a smooth integration in its ecosystem.   

Before that, Augustin has been in charge of Project Management and IT activities first on a French manufacturing site and then supporting commercial activities in the Americas region from Brazil.
