Dear FICC Members,

I hope you all enjoyed the Easter break and that you are energised and ready for an active Q2 2024!

We are happy to announce that AXA Insurance has joined FICC as a new Patron this year. AXA Group is a worldwide leader in insurance and asset management, with 147,000 employees serving 94 million clients in 50 countries. Interesting to note that AXA in ireland can trace its origins back over 300 years to Royal Exchange Ireland!

The focus for this issue is our Working Groups (WGs) that provide a forum for FICC members to discuss thematic or sectorial related topics that are core to their business ambitions.

This year, we have five WGs in place with plans for deliverables such as events, publications, and knowledge-sharing platforms. We would encourage all FICC members to get involved and welcome your contributions and engagement. 

On another note, we say "bon voyage" to Ludovic Stoinski from Rotovia Varibox after his year-long stay in our Merrion Square office through the V.I.E Hébergement Service - we wish him all the best in his future endeavours.

We extend a warm welcome to Lucas Despin, the V.I.E. representing Epsiline in Ireland for the next 12 months. Epsiline provides a turnkey solution through IoT and data analytics for wind farm performance optimisation. We are delighted to have Lucas on board!

Ludovic Stoinski, from Rotovia Varibox, has just finished his VIE Contract! 
He was hosted for a year in our amazing office on Merrion Square, as part of the VIE Hébergement Service.

Occupying bright premises with a privileged view over Merrion Square, I benefited from a location conducive to the accomplishment of my missions. This opportunity enabled me to interact with other V.I.E.s, fostering exchange of experience and camaraderie - a particularly beneficial dimension given my company's lack of offices in Dublin."

FICC can now offer 2 desks for VIEs looking to be hosted or if a company is looking for a safe landing space to start expanding into the Irish Market.
